Client Confidentiality & Public Record

Client files are held in the strictest of confidentiality, may include questionnaires completed by the client, sales agreements, legal document preparers' notes, process service information, documents and correspondence from our clients. All information in client files will not be released without consent. Under Federal Law, documents filed in any court are considered "public records" and anyone can view those documents at that court. In some cases it is necessary to publish the summons in a Legal Notices newspaper in order to effect service on the other party.

Contested legal actions & Obtaining legal advice

Any uncontested legal action has the potential to become contested, occasionally resulting in one or more parties hiring a lawyer. If this occurs during the course of any legal procedures for which Anthem Paralegal Services is hired to prepare paperwork, we reserve the right to terminate services. It is understood that you are responsible for paying for this legal advice separately and that it is not included in services from us to prepare your legal paperwork.
